Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds, replacements, or credits may be considered solely at Granite Peak Labs’ discretion in cases involving incorrect shipments, damaged products, or verified order fulfillment errors.

Any concerns regarding an order must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Supporting documentation or photographs may be requested during our review process.
